Module 4 - Online Communication and Collaboration

At the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • Explore Skype as a tool for online communication and collaboration
  • Use Facebook to connect and share with Friends
  • Using Twitter and understanding Hashtags

4.1 Skype – Creating a Skype account

This video will teach us how to create a Skype account, explain the use of Skype and more about the equipment you need to be able to use Skype video call. 


4.2 Starting and Answering calls on Skype

In this video, we are going to learn about adding contacts on Skype, starting a chat, and making and receiving Skype calls.


4.3 Sending files on Skype

Here we are going to learn how to share your screen and how to stop sharing while on Skype video call. We shall also learn how to share files and documents while having a Skype call.


4.4 Using Facebook

In this lesson, we are going to study about Facebook as a popular Social Media platform, how to connect and share with friends and families.


4.5 Using Twitter

In this lesson we are going to learn how twitter works, especially creating  tweets and using Hashtags.
