Module 4 - Online Communication and Collaboration

At the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Begin to use online tools, such as Google docs and sites to collaborate together
• The use of Google Drive to share and collaborate on files allows multiple people to edit the same file, allowing for real-time collaboration.

4.1 Online Communication and collaboration

In this video, we are going to learn about online communication and collaboration. And we shall learn how to choose good programs for good online collaboration such as Google docs, and explain how it works.

4.2 Google Drive Interface

In this video, we are going to learn how to get started with google drive and acquire knowledge of organizing your documents in google drive.

4.3 Creating files on Google Drive

In this video, we are going to learn how to create files and folders on google drive and deleting them. We shall also learn about using filter to search for some files on google drive.

4.4 Sharing and Collaborating on files

In this topic we shall Study about sharing links or web addresses with many people and granting to them access to any file stored on Google drive. We are also going to learn how to upload and sync files using google drive
